The company serves customers in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We are currently hiring Project Coordinators who can manage projects’ quality, time, and budget to ensure effective project execution and delivery.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Key responsibilities &amp; duties:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Manage projects’ quality, time, and budget to ensure effective project execution and delivery.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Coordinate with Operations Excellence (OpEx) to train a virtual team of contractors to create, evaluate or annotate data in multiple languages.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in preparing guidelines, training materials and tools, aligned to client specifications.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee the work of contractors, including task assignment, scheduling, and monitoring.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure close and regular communication with all internal project stakeholders.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Document and manage language resources arising from projects (Build database)  </span></li>\n<li><span>Report to the responsible Project Manager when something seems off with project execution or when it appears to may lead to unplanned events/unexpected results or risks.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Responsible for ensuring goals are met in areas including hiring, training &amp; onboarding for the execution environment. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Qualifications:</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Outstanding communication and follow up skills are necessary.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Experience 2-3 years  </span></li>\n<li><span>Good technical and data management skills.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Good problem-solving and analytical skills.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment characterized by constant change, and a fast, deadline-driven culture.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Project management experience, preferably in a language, linguistics, or software-related field.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Bachelor's degree in Management or business  </span></li>\n<li><span>Some experience with regular expressions, bash scripting, or programming skills is considered a big plus.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Native or near-native proficiency in at least one language other than English is a plus.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Exposure to a range of Natural Language Processing technologies is a plus. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span>Additional information:</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>LXT is an equal opportunity employer and ensures that no applicant is subject to less favorable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, color, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependents, or physical or mental disability.
