Supervisor provides limited direction.</p><p><strong>Position Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Buildingrelationshipswithcustomers,manufacturers,andoutsidesalespeople</li><li>Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data</li><li>Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project</li><li>Perform material take-offs</li><li>Submittal creation</li><li>Produce add order quotations</li><li>Negotiate job buy-out</li><li>Maintain knowledge of currently represented products</li><li>Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeout</li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>(2) or more years of lighting project management required</li><li>Possesses customer service experience</li><li>Ability and willingness to teach others</li><li>Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things</li><li>A team-first attitude</li><li>Must have excellent math skills</li><li>Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook</li><li>At least four years of Excel experience</li></ul></div></div></div>\n",
