We provide responsible, accessible, and progressive behavioral health services. We have a wide range of professionals who are passionate about helping our clients through substance use or mental health treatment.</span></em><em>&nbsp;</em><em><span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;color:#2F4F6A;background:white;'>With four outpatient clinics and an intensive treatment location in Greenbrier, Nicholas, Pocahontas and Webster Counties, we serve a wide population. Transport clients to appointments or visits, as needed.&nbsp;</span></em></p><h3><br></h3><h3 id=\"isPasted\">QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:</h3><p>High School Diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years of age or older. Experience working with individuals diagnosed with behavioral health and/or substance use disorder preferred.</p><p>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and vehicle required. &nbsp;</p><p>Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES and a drug screen. &nbsp;</p><p>Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills required.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</u></strong></p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\"><li>Provide coordination of client care by reminding clients of upcoming appointments; confirm attendance and address potential barriers, such as transportation or scheduling conflicts, before the appointment. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Transport clients to appointments or visits, if needed.</li><li>Provide linkage with external agencies.</li><li>Notify team members of a client&rsquo;s missed appointments and collaborate on next steps.</li><li>CCSS: Implement curriculum and training programs for critical skill areas identified as essential for clients to maintain placement in the community and prevent hospitalization.</li><li>CCSS: Provide structured skill maintenance/enhancement activities and behavioral programming designed to maintain or improve client&rsquo;s adaptive functioning.</li><li>CCSS: Create a supportive and interactive learning environment where participants can maintain or improve skills based on their specific needs and future.</li><li>SE: Provide training and ongoing support to help client learn job skills and adapt to workplace.</li><li>SE: Transport and accompany client to the workplace.</li><li>SE: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, employers, and others to enhance program outcomes.</li><li>Represent Seneca in a positive manner including maintaining a positive attitude and performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca&rsquo;s Code of Conduct and Ethical Practices.</li><li>Assure quality service for clients by becoming knowledgeable of and adhering to rules, regulations, and legal requirements and by documenting services provided in accordance with established standards.</li><li>Secure information by adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations and Seneca privacy policies and keeping client information confidential.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</li></ol><p><strong><u>Minimum Physical Requirements</u></strong></p><p><em>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
