The Return Agent will provide superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process as it applies to this position. Assist all customers with the rental return process. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a seasonal position with flexible start dates in April and May 2026. This position can not exceed 180 days.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position pays $17.50/ hour with the opportunity to earn monthly incentive pay bonuses up to $1,000 / month.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at Richmond International Airport (RIC) - 1 Richard E Byrd Terminal Dr., Richmond, VA 23250.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Schedules Available:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full time: Sunday - Thursday: 12:00pm-8:30pm</li>\n <li>Part Time: Friday - Sunday: 12:00pm-8:30pm</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Remind customer to check for personal belongings</li>\n <li>Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found</li>\n <li>Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer</li>\n <li>Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal</li>\n <li>Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue</li>\n <li>Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction</li>\n <li>Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report</li>\n <li>Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas</li>\n <li>Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.</li>\n <li>Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location</li>\n <li>Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location</li>\n <li>Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n <li>Minimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast paced environment</li>\n <li>Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years (Total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 year</li>\n <li>This a seasonal position and you may work up to a maximum of 6 months (180 days) during the defined season and must experience a 13 consecutive week break in service before being re-hire</li>\n</ul>",
