  "key_responsibilities": "<div><!--block--><br>Maintenance Technicians perform maintenance on our equipment and facilities. They make sure our facilities run smoothly by following our preventative maintenance schedule,&nbsp; troubleshooting electrical/mechanical issues, keeping parts stocked, and responding quickly to repair requests. Maintenance technicians must be safety-minded, have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and be able to prioritize work assignments.&nbsp;<br>· Performs complex periodic preventive maintenance on automated and other production systems and equipment using knowledge of solid-state circuitry, electronics, electrical-mechanical devices, motors, wiring diagrams, and schematics, computers, etc.&nbsp;<br>· Troubleshoots, repairs, aligns, calibrates, inspects, and tests various production lines and equipment.&nbsp;<br>· Programs logic controls for proper equipment operation.<br>· Ensures quality and consistency in production processes by assessing, modifying, and/or calibrating equipment.<br>· Ensures efficiency and productivity by evaluating and modifying production processes and/or equipment.<br>· Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves issues with equipment, devices, or products; uses precision instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to adjust.<br>· Assists Plant Manager with tasks related to development, construction, and evaluation of prototypes, new products, operations, and/or procedures.<br>· Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.<br>· Reads and interprets schematics and equipment manuals to perform required maintenance and service.<br>· Ensures work orders for repair are completed in a timely manner.<br>· Maintains records to ensure accountability of time, parts, and repairs to meet regulatory compliance and budget constraints.<br>· Installs and performs diagnostic tests on mechanical systems.<br>· Performs preventative maintenance for the facility according to schedule.<br>· Communicates with management and other maintenance personnel on a timely basis to facilitate maintenance and repairs.<br>· Makes repairs to tools and equipment as needed. &nbsp;<br>· Uses hand and power tools and ensures tools and equipment are maintained and repaired.&nbsp;<br>· Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facilities.<br>· Complies with company safety policies and maintains clean and orderly work area and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures, including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.<br><br></div>",
