    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Grocery People (TGP) is currently hiring two (2) Class 3 Drivers on a Permanent Part-time basis at our Warehouse location in Kamloops, BC.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>If you have experience in commercial driving, the TGP Warehouse team wants to hear from you! Our Kamloops TGP location offers a great work environment, with a supportive leadership team.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span><strong>What you’ll do:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Operate Class 3 company vehicles safely and in compliance with transportation regulations</span></li><li><span>Load, unload, and secure products for safe transport</span></li><li><span>Verify shipments and complete required paperwork accurately</span></li><li><span>Handle stock carefully to prevent damage</span></li><li><span>Assist with inventory counts and warehouse operations</span></li><li><span>Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and yard area</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>The Team:&nbsp;</strong>You will work closely with warehouse team members. This team strives to cultivate a culture of safety, customer focus, and collaboration.</span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>You are looking for a career in Transportation and:</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Valid Class 3A driver’s license required</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Air Brakes endorsement required for operating specified trucks</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>3–5 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Experience in a commercial driving environment</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comply with all safety and PPE requirements</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize customer requests</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Ability to sit, bend, stand, and walk for 8–10 hours per day</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span><strong>What we offer:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span>Competitive wages starting around $26.00 and going up to $35.00 per hour, with possibility for overtime.</span></li><li><span>A comprehensive benefits package and an employer-contributed pension plan once qualified.</span></li><li><span>Encouragement to take advantage of learning opportunities to grow and develop as a Team Member.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Please note: 4 day, 10-hour shifts, Monday thru Friday.
