Description Our Fort McMurray, AB location is currently looking for Lodging Maintenance Technicians to join the team. Our Lodging Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing a wide array of skilled trades labor, facility maintenance, and general labor responsibilities in support of a variety of lodging and related facilities, equipment, and grounds. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment, systems, facilities, and properties covered by the Company. Follow prescribed policies, practices, standards, and procedures in maintaining and repairing Company property and equipment. Adhere to safety standards and prescribed practices including Company and governmental regulatory requirements. Prepare and process documentation, such as work orders, purchase invoices/orders, process and methods sheets, instructions, and maintenance plans. Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications Knowledge of trades such as plumbing, heating, air conditioning and ventilation, and carpentry. Ability to read, write, and perform rudimentary calculations in basic mathematics. Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout a shift Safety training courses such as H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, and Confined Space, is preferred. Must possess a valid non GDL driver's license and have a clean driving record. Must be able to work independently and maintain schedules and timetables for work completion and maintenance programs. Must be able to work 20 days at a time, 20/10 shift, 10-hour days staying in camp. Must meet the Company health and legal standards established for a drug-free environment Join our team today!
