Vice President – Institutional Equity Sales Location(s):      640 5th Avenue, New York, NY 10019 Summary: Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc., a member of Osaic, is seeking a Vice President, Institutional Equity Sales. The chosen candidate will become a key member of Ladenburg’s Institutional Sales team. Responsibilities: Identifying and qualifying institutional investors (mutual funds, hedge funds, pension funds, family offices) to market firm’s equity transactions Offer corporate access to investors Booking roadshows Ability to effectively communicate with clients and client prospects on equity markets and firm research. Required to comply with applicable regulation, conduct rules, internal policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Willingness to spend time traveling and socializing with clients. IT skills, including all standard Office applications. Strong communication skills, ability to foster relationships. Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 5 Years of Institutional Sales experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Series 7, 63 licensed
