    "description_html": "<div class=\"job_description\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Job Description</p><p>Hiring skilled welders/fitters/workers that are willing to go the extra mile. We are seeking candidates that are focused on safety and working with a team to that exceeds customer expectations. Candidates will perform all duties listed below and follow Precision Tank Safety Policies and Procedures.&#160; Project locations are throughout the US and candidate will be traveling to jobsites as needed. This is a full time travelling position.&#160;&#160;</p><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Must be able to pass a drug test</li><li>Welders, must pass a 3 position weld test in both FCAW &amp; SMAW</li><li>Must be able to accurately use measuring instruments.</li><li>Must be capable and comfortable working at heights.</li><li>Welder/Fitters must be able to read prints, assemble/fabricate metal</li><li>Must provide and wear&#160;Steel-toe or composite boots</li><li>Must be capable of lifting 50 pounds</li><li>Must be able to operate basic hand tools</li><li>Have reliable transportation</li><li>Must be willing to work continuously on the road up to 2-3 months</li><li>Must work in all hot &amp; cold weather extremes</li><li>Be able to perform elevated work safely and confidently for extended periods of time, while being tied off and wearing a harness,&#160;at heights of 10' and greater&#160;</li><li>Possess an OSHA 10 or greater, within 5 years (if not, the OSHA 10 will be provided to qualify for the position).&#160;</li><li>Ability to receive an comprehend verbal and or non verbal directions from Superintendent/Foreman.</li></ul><p>Responsibilities&#160;</p><p>Welder/Fitters</p><ul><li>Perform&#160;arc and torch cutting and gouging</li><li>Using generators compressors, blowers, grinders, and other power and air tools</li><li>Planning the sequence and methods of fitting up, welding, repairing and constructing tanks</li><li>Welding plate with 7018, 7024 and 6010 stick (SMAW), flux core (FCAW)</li><li>Using come-a-longs, hydraulic jacks, hoists, airbags, winches and other lifting equipment</li><li>Using tank shell buggies, tank scaffolding, tank ladders and other specialty equipment.</li><li>Performing Vacuum box tests, and visual&#160;quality examinations.</li></ul><p>All Positions</p><ul><li>Using gas monitors, respirators, emergency rescue kits and other safety equipment</li><li>Operating forklifts, man lifts, and other lifting equipment</li><li>knowledge of crane operations (rigging and signaling)</li><li>Completing job safety analysis, safety audits, site specific training and other safety training required.</li><li>Clean up work area, role backs.</li><li>Follow directions and work professionally with other crew members.</li></ul><p>Benefits</p><ul><li>Compensation: hourly wage based upon experience and skill set, plus per diem.</li><li>Normal hourly wage paid for work related travel (no overtime)</li><li>Pay periods are weekly</li><li>Direct Deposit</li><li>Benefits: Medial, dental and vision benefits are available the first month after your 90 days.&#160;</li></ul><p>Job Description Position</p><p>We are currently looking to hire top welders, fitters, and helpers.
