    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Primary Responsibilities:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Monitor, support, and troubleshoot enterprise routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, firewall, and telecommunications infrastructure.</p></li><li><p>Configure and support Cisco Catalyst, Cisco DNA Center, Meraki, Silver Peak (EdgeConnect), Cradlepoint, Palo Alto, and Prisma networking and security platforms.</p></li><li><p>Respond to and resolve network incidents including node outages, interface failures, BGP routing issues, WAN connectivity problems, packet loss, latency concerns, and security-related network events.</p></li><li><p>Support BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network segmentation technologies.</p></li><li><p>Utilize SolarWinds and network analysis tools to monitor performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability.</p></li><li><p>Manage ISP circuits, MPLS, broadband, LTE, SD-WAN, and carrier services.</p></li><li><p>Perform network hardware installations, firmware upgrades, lifecycle replacements, and configuration changes.</p></li><li><p>Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.</p></li><li><p>Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for escalated network incidents and service requests.</p></li></ul><p>Required Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>3+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting Cisco Catalyst switching, Cisco DNA Center, Meraki, Palo Alto, Prisma, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN technologies.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, and WAN connectivity.</p></li><li><p>Experience troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, carrier circuits, and network security technologies.</p></li><li><p>Experience with SolarWinds and network monitoring platforms.</p></li><li><p>Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.</p></li></ul><p>Preferred Qualifications:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.</p></li><li><p>Cisco CCNA, CCNP, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE, or equivalent certifications.</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting large multi-site enterprise networks.</p></li><li><p>Experience with network security technologies, firewalls, NAC, Prisma, and segmentation.</p></li></ul>",
