      "content": "\n<li>Performs general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, systems, equipment and grounds.</li>\n<li>Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, and painting.</li>\n<li>Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.</li>\n<li>Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventative maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.</li>\n<li>Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoots and repairs residential plumbing systems and kitchen appliances.</li>\n<li>Inspects new installation for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.</li>\n<li>Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.</li>\n<li>Assists as needed with grounds maintenance of the property (i.e. performing raking, sweeping, leaf blowing or snow removal).</li>\n<li>Performs carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.</li>\n<li>Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n"

      "content": "<div>\n<div>\n\n<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred</li>\n<li>1–3+ years of experience in residential, multifamily, or facilities maintenance</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including:\n\n</li><li>Plumbing repairs</li>\n<li>Electrical troubleshooting (basic)</li>\n<li>HVAC maintenance (EPA certification a plus)</li>\n<li>Carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance repair</li>\n\n\n<li>Ability to perform preventative maintenance and respond to work orders in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Familiarity with safety procedures, tools, and equipment used in maintenance operations</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with residents and property staff</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Availability for on-call or after-hours maintenance as needed</li>\n\n<h3><strong>Preferred / Nice-to-Have</strong></h3>\n\n<li>EPA Universal Certification</li>\n<li>Experience in multifamily or residential housing environments</li>\n<li>CMRT, CPO, or similar maintenance certifications</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills for work order systems</li>\n\n</div>\n</div>"
