    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>WSP is currently initiating a search for a <strong>Project Manager</strong> to join our <strong>Industrial Center of Excellence (ICoE)&nbsp;</strong>national practice. This role will support a growing portfolio of industrial and advanced manufacturing projects and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. This position will include advisory interaction with our clients’ leadership and executive teams, guiding them in decisions around their most important CAPEX initiatives.</p><p>Be involved in impactful projects with our Property &amp; Buildings / Industrial team and be part of a global organization that is driven by innovation, technical excellence, and a commitment to client success.</p><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><p>As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex industrial facilities projects from planning through execution, while managing client relationships, project teams, schedules, and budgets.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Primary driver on critical pursuits, responsible for developing and implementing winning strategies for expanding our business and facilitating team growth.</li><li>Build and manage a book of business as Program Manager/Leader, mentoring other PMs into similar roles growing our large client base&nbsp;</li><li>Foresees and anticipates project issues, provides guidance to mitigate risks</li><li>Lead and manage industrial facilities projects, including advanced manufacturing, distribution, and process-driven facilities</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project objectives, scope, schedule, and budget are met</li><li>Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architectural, engineering, and specialty consultants</li><li>Oversee project planning, scheduling, and staffing</li><li>Financial performance management for both projects and teams</li><li>Support business development efforts, including proposal development and client presentations</li><li>Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with WSP standards</li><li>Mentor and support junior project managers and technical staff</li><li>Collaborate closely with regional and national ICoE leadership</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing facilities-related projects</li><li>Proven experience leading project management and multidisciplinary design teams including direct and indirect reporting team members and partners.</li><li>Strong understanding of industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, and building systems</li><li>Experienced with alternate construction delivery models on greenfield and brownfield industrial projects including new construction, facility and system upgrades, and facility retrofits</li><li>Excellent client management, communication, and leadership skills</li><li>Skilled at managing project financials, schedules, and contracts</li><li>PMP certification or PE license preferred, but not required</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Experience</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Advanced manufacturing or industrial facilities project experience</li><li>Experience working with large, complex projects and multiple stakeholders</li><li>Familiarity with design-build or alternative delivery methods</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>WSP Benefits:&nbsp;</u>&nbsp;</p><p>WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee’s career.
