Salary and Benefits Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. In-Office Work Schedule This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week. Manage offboarding with care: Coordinate equipment returns, secure file transitions, and handle system deactivations while maintaining a positive, professional exit experience. Maintain compliance-ready records: Keep employee files current throughout their lifecycle, including organization charts, I-9 documentation, and personnel records with strict attention to accuracy and confidentiality. Keep data accurate: Update employee records promptly following promotions, title changes, or FLSA reclassifications across all HR systems. Learning & Development Support Enable growth: Assist with scheduling and logistics for company-wide training programs. Respond to inquiries: Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external HR questions, providing timely and accurate guidance, knowing when to escalate. Employee Experience & Recognition Build community: Oversee and enhance employee recognition initiatives including Anniversary Awards, Wellness program and other rewards and recognition programs. Support team operations: Provide essential administrative support including scheduling, email management, and correspondence to keep the HR team operating efficiently. Talent Acquisition Support Drive hiring workflows: Manage job requisitions within our applicant tracking system and prepare offer letters once approved, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process. Enable decision-making: Generate hiring reports and insights for leadership to support data-driven recruitment decisions.
