Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our overnight team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced emergency environment, enjoys helping both people and pets during stressful situations, and can remain calm, organized, and professional overnight. Schedule and Compensation 3rd Shift : 6p-4a Rotating schedule: M/Tu/W/Sat and Sun/W/Th/F Starting pay: $17-$18/hour (higher rates may be available based on experience) Overnight shift differential: +$2/hour for hours worked between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM Weekend shift differential: +$2/hour Differentials do not stack Qualifications Previous client service/customer service experience required; veterinary or medical experience preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities include: Managing high-volume incoming phone calls and client communication Greeting and assisting emergency and specialty clients Supporting front desk and administrative hospital operations overnight Maintaining accurate medical and client records Collaborating closely with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors Assisting with patient intake and emergency workflow coordination Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout client-facing areas of the hospital Supporting clients through emotionally sensitive situations with compassion and discretion Why Join Care Center?
