Job Summary:
We’re seeking a summer intern to assist the data acquisition team in collecting, formatting and tracking data collected from multiple sources. You will work closely with product management, sales, marketing and development.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Acquiring various data set updates to populate FiberLocator Research new companies and contacts for outreach to collect new data Maintain schedule of updates Track and report new data and updates monthly Audit internal systems for consistency and accuracy
Additional Responsibilities: Additional duties as assigned Critical Competencies Ownership & Execution - Demonstrates a sense of ownership to drive issues to closure, maximizes the use of existing processes while continuously pursuing ways to improve efficiency, sets aggressive goals, monitors progress, and delivers results, seizes opportunities Customer-Centric – Works to understand customer pain points to effectively align technical solutions with customer’s business, anticipate customer needs, and sets high standards for customer service The Individual: High degree of technical aptitude & proficiency with a wide range of software including Office 365 Customer service oriented with excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with other internal stakeholders and high-powered clients Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills Data science, programming skills and/or Salesforce experience a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Able to meet daily deadlines
Qualifications: Current undergraduate or graduate college student Business, Finance or Data Science major Available to work a hybrid schedule with up to two days in-office
