Responsibilities include unit turnovers, painting, plumbing, and electrical work. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the overall appearance of the property, including residential common areas, office spaces, grounds, and parking areas.</p><p><br></p><p>Your work will play a key role in ensuring the community is well-maintained and operates in alignment with ownership and management objectives. The position also requires completing routine grounds upkeep and responding promptly to work orders.</p><p><br></p><p>This position is scheduled <strong>Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM</strong>, with a pay range of <strong>$22.00–$24.00 per hour</strong>.
