Equivalent experience in a construction-related position will also be considered.</li>\n <li><em>Must be willing to travel and relocate. Project sites are located domestically and internationally, so relocation and/or travel are required.</em></li>\n <li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience of related experience on large dam, infrastructure, and earthwork construction projects.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li>\n <li>Good attention to detail, with the ability to recognize discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Strong work ethic - Willing to do what it takes to get the job done.</li>\n <li>The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li>\n <li>The ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and </li>\n <li>United States Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management for Contractors certificate preferred (USACE CQM-C)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops, maintains, and verifies implementation of the Quality programs for the Project, together with oversight of the implementation of programs/plans for the direct hire work and Sub-Contractor.</li>\n <li>Manages and coordinates Quality activities associated with field engineering field procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning within the Project scope.</li>\n <li>Maintains client liaison and communication for Project’s quality activities, as directed by the Project Manager and Quality Control Manager.</li>\n <li>Reviews, audits and surveys Quality activities across the Project direct hire execution and Sub-Contractors and advises and reports to management quality problems and progress within the Project.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled, E-Verify Employer</em></p>",
