Key Accountabilities</u></strong></p><p><strong>A. Asset Lifecycle Management</strong></p><p><strong>(Planning, Procurement, Storage, Installation, Commissioning, Upkeep, Refurbishment, Redeployment &amp; Scrapping)</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Ensure spare availability for breakdowns and preventive maintenance (PM).</strong></li><li><strong>Coordinate spare planning and inventory management with Backend and MEM; manage slow-moving/obsolete stock.</strong></li><li><strong>Maintain warehouse hygiene and ensure FIFO compliance.</strong></li><li><strong>Achieve refurbishing targets within defined timelines and budgets.</strong></li><li><strong>Deploy assets as per monthly Sales AOP.</strong></li><li><strong>Support MEEs in market execution and manage escalations effectively.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>B. Asset Tracking &amp; Upkeep</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Coordinate with Sales to ensure proper documentation of mismatched assets.</strong></li><li><strong>Conduct regular visits to service vendors and monitor PM and field service team performance.</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
