Coordinates activities of department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.</li>\n <li>Monitors and analyzes costs and prepares budget, using computer</li>\n <li>Prepares reports and records on department activities for upper management, using computer</li>\n <li>Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices</li>\n <li>May initiate or authorize employee hire, promotion, discharge, or transfer</li>\n <li>Must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives</li>\n <li>Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age of 18</li>\n <li>College degree or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Strong managerial skills</li>\n <li>Ability to interact and communicate effectively</li>\n <li>Strong PC skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage management, non-management and contract labor work groups</li>\n <li>Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple responsibilities</li>\n <li>Previous supervisory experience and knowledge of Envoy budgeting, policies and procedures, preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work rotating shifts, nights and weekends, preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
