Master&rsquo;s Degree or MBA with an emphasis in Technology Management or IT Operations preferred.</span></p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>8+ years of progressive experience in banking or financial services technology, with a strong track record in managing enterprise platforms and digital banking systems. Demonstrated leadership in optimizing and integrating core systems such as Fiserv, nCino, Salesforce, and related banking technologies. The Director leads a team of technology professionals to execute the platform roadmap, strengthen user adoption, and align IT initiatives with the Bank&rsquo;s strategic goals.
