This position plays a critical role in expanding our reach to Spanish-first-language families, ensuring that pregnant and postpartum mothers — and the children they nurture — receive linguistically and culturally affirming therapeutic support. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours/week) with an annual salary range of $55,000–$60,000. Summary The Bilingual Therapist provides mental health treatment to families with young children, with a primary focus on delivering the Moving Beyond Depression (MBD) model — an evidence-based, in-home cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) intervention for pregnant and postpartum mothers experiencing depression. In this role, you will support families in Spanish and English, strengthen parent–child relationships, and help caregivers build skills that promote emotional wellbeing, bonding, and resilience. You will also provide mental health services to families outside of MBD, supporting our broader clinical work.
