Don't worry, you can still find yourself in the game.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As a Part-Time Tennis Court Maintenance attendant, you will play a crucial role in the daily upkeep and maintenance of all court surfaces at the National Campus. This position requires strong manual labor, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring the National Campus remains a world-class tennis facility. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining sports facilities, we invite you to apply.</p>\n<h2>The Role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform daily maintenance and preparation of all court surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.</li>\n <li>Carry out manual labor tasks, including handling heavy loads (80+ lbs.), using drag mats, hoses, spreaders, and other equipment for tennis court preparation.</li>\n <li>Install windscreens and court equipment as needed.</li>\n <li>Handle physically ambitious aspects of the job as required.</li>\n <li>Conduct equipment maintenance, ensuring proper use, storage, and placement.</li>\n <li>Keep the grounds neat and clean through daily checks and proactive maintenance.</li>\n <li>Stock and store facility items such as nettings, center straps, benches, etc.</li>\n <li>Aid in the preparation of the facility for events</li>\n <li>Contribute to maintaining and enhancing the reputation of the National Campus as a leading, world-class tennis facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High energy level and a strong work ethic with a \"can-do\" demeanor.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform physically demanding tasks associated with court maintenance.</li>\n <li>Previous experience in tennis court maintenance or a related field is an asset.</li>\n <li>Availability to work on-site and complete required tasks associated with the position.</li>\n <li>Must arrive for shifts on time, neatly groomed, and in a clean, pressed, well-maintained uniform.</li>\n <li>This position is designated as \"On-Site\" and requires the employee to be at the office site to complete the required tasks associated with the role.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $17.00.</p>\n<h2>Come one, come all</h2>\n<p><em>We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re interested; we'd love to learn how you can “serve” our team with your unique experience!</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>USTA is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities for all individuals, regardless of age, disability, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or expression, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, family status, alienage or citizenship status, creed, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.</em></p>\n<p> </p>",
