          "text": "<p>We are currently seeking a&#xa0;Bilingual (Spanish) Physical Therapy Aide or Technician to join our outpatient clinic in the Northridge area! This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that promotes long-term growth in the healthcare field.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist in and perform patient transfers and lifts using proper body mechanics, according to standard techniques.</li><li>Assist the therapist in evaluations/treatments at the bedside and the rehabilitation gym (i.e., exercises, mat activities, orthosis fabrication, modality preparation).</li><li>Report treatment activities, patient progress, and any unusual response to treatment or incident to the therapist.</li><li>Maintain a neat/tidy appearance in all areas of the department, returning equipment/ supplies to designated areas</li><li>Regularly sanitize exercise equipment, mats, and assistive devices according to hospital safety and infection control standards.</li><li>Evaluate and distribute linen supplies, changing linens on treatment tables according to procedures</li><li>Maintain medical supplies in all treatment areas</li><li>Sustain organization in the closets&#xa0;regularly</li><li>Sweep soiled utility and equipment rooms at least twice weekly for therapy equipment</li><li>Assist in department communication processes-answer telephones, transit messages from nursing service to the therapist, communicate between therapists, etc.</li><li>Assist the therapist with delivery, set-up, and clean-up of the treatment area (i.e., patient room, rehab gym, etc.) for patient care delivery</li></ul><p>We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. Final offer/contract amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skillset, work experience and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.</p><p>The pay range for this position is: <strong>$19 - $22/hr</strong></p><p>Office location:<strong>&#xa0;8550 Balboa Blvd Ste 242, Northridge, CA 91325</strong></p>",
