    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Electricians/Light Installers/Lighting Retrofit Technicians</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Now hiring <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">full time</span>, skilled &amp; experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Electricians/Light Installers/Lighting Retrofit Technicians</span></span> for long-term projects located in NYC &amp; Tri-State Area.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<p>Must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Electrical Service\n<ul>\n<li>Distribution Panels</li>\n<li>Main service up to 5000 amps</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Circuitry\n<ul>\n<li>110, 220, 277, 480</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Piping &amp; wiring\n<ul>\n<li>Bending</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Lighting\n<ul>\n<li>Controls (dimming/programming)</li>\n<li>Retrofit</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Install, upgrade and retrofit lighting systems.</li>\n<li>Work with controls, ballasts, drivers and sensors.</li>\n<li>Ensure all work meets NEC electrical codes and safety standards.</li>\n<li>Deliver quality workmanship with attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve lighting and electrical issues.</li>\n<li>Own reliable transportation to get to/from job site</li>\n<li>Complete set of tools to perform duties.</li>\n<li>Willing and able to work overnight and flexible shifts.</li>\n<li>Current OSHA 30 and Site Safety Training (SST) Certifications.</li>\n<li>Driver's license (preferably with no points).</li>\n<li>Authorized to work in the United States.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$25-$35 per hour depending on experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health insurance including medical, dental, vision, etc.</li>\n<li>401(k) with Company match up to 4%</li>\n<li>Paid time off and NYS Sick leave</li>\n<li>6 paid holidays after 6+ months of employment</li>\n<li>NYS Approved Apprentice Program</li>\n<li>Professional development assistance</li>\n<li>Paid training for industry specific certifications</li>\n<li>Employee Referral Program</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our team and contribute to high-quality lighting projects across NYC!
