font-size: 14px;\">**Per Diem Available**&nbsp;</span></span></span></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"line-height: normal; font-family: verdana, sans-serif;\"><strong>Overview of Duties:</strong></span></span></p><ul><li>Responsible for management and supervision of field Right of Way Agents and other staff</li><li>Reviews and evaluates the work of all field staff</li><li>Mediates and resolves issues that arise between landowners, agents, client, subcontractors</li><li>Assists Right of Way Agents in negotiating with&nbsp;property owners as needed</li><li>Assures that project progress reports are prepared accurately and on schedule</li><li>Monitors project and prepares forecasts, milestones, and other reports for client and Coates operations/corporate office</li><li>Trains employees and assures that they understand and carry out their assigned duties</li><li>Instructs personnel on safety procedures</li><li>Provides quality control check on easements, title reports, legal descriptions, other documents associated with the project</li><li>Collaborates closely with other Coates departments to communicate project needs and goals and to ensure project success (e.g., GIS, database/IT, title, documents, permitting)</li><li>Meets with client on a regular basis to report on project and answer questions, resolve issues, provide summary reports</li><li>Testifies as expert witness in court during condemnation and other legal actions</li><li>Liaison between client and Coates operations/corporate management</li><li>Monitors staffing and recommends adjustments to&nbsp;personnel numbers in response to workload, budget, and schedule</li><li>Audits project files at project end, assures accuracy and organization, transmits or transports files to client in requested format</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:11px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
