    "description": "<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>From mechanical system analysis and standard energy retrofits, to the installation of complex and integrated protocol systems, we deliver state-of-the-art expertise and customer-centered service.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>Havel is seeking a Controls & Automation Technician to install hardware design and software programming, documenting processes for the Building Management Control Direct Digital Control Systems.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#havel #shambaugh #LI-DF #LI-Onsite</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete typical installation hardware design and software programming using established standards as required</li>\n <li>Provide detailed information to communicate design and operation to customers and subcontractors </li>\n <li>Responsible for graphics building</li>\n <li>Check out of HVAC control systems and wiring</li>\n <li>Complete the loading, device verification, and commissioning of all system controllers as required</li>\n <li>Document processes for the Building Management Control Direct Digital Control Systems</li>\n <li>Perform site-specific training for owner/operator on the total system in full of assistance </li>\n <li>Develop long-term relationships with contractors, clients, consultants, and subcontractors </li>\n <li>Attend job progress meetings as required</li>\n <li>Adhere to safety standards </li>\n <li>Must be able to stoop, kneel, and climb ladders when needed</li>\n <li>Other duties assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of a technical Associates Degree with 1-2 years of field experience or 3 years of equivalent related experience in the HVAC industry</li>\n <li>Must have relevant technical hands on systems design and commissioning of digital HVAC controls systems</li>\n <li>Strong customer and communication skills to a non-technical audience</li>\n <li>Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel</li>\n <li>Niagara AX certified preferred </li>\n <li>Must work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
