Description American Concrete Products is a leading manufacturer of quality precast concrete products for various industries. We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking foreman to join our team. You will work closely with our general manager and production supervisor to lead one of our production departments. Key Responsibilities: · Assist with hands on production work including formwork, rebar tying, finishing, and other tasks. · Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure accurate construction. · Inspect work progress to verify project quality, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines. · Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. · Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production team members to enhance skills and productivity. Requirements Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent · At least 2 years of recent blueprint and drawing interpretation · Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or precast concrete construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. · Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
