We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking foreman to join our team. You will work closely with our general manager and production supervisor to lead one of our production departments.\n\n Key Responsibilities: \n\n· Assist with hands on production work including formwork, rebar tying, finishing, and other tasks.\n\n· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and ensure accurate construction.\n\n· Inspect work progress to verify project quality, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain project timelines.\n\n· Supervise and coordinate the activities of the crew, including assigning tasks, monitoring work quality, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.\n\n· Train, mentor, and provide guidance to production team members to enhance skills and productivity.\n\n Requirements\n\n Requirements: \n\n· High school diploma or equivalent\n\n· At least 2 years of recent blueprint and drawing interpretation\n\n· Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or precast concrete construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.\n\n· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\n\n Benefits\n\n Pay range: $25 $30 \n\n· FULLTIME YEAR ROUND WORK\n\n· Medical, Dental & Vision Benefit’s after 60 Days\n\n· Competitive Compensation & Profit Sharing\n\n· Available Over Time\n\n· 401K with Match\n\n· Internal promotional opportunities\n\n· Company Sustainability – Since 1940\n\n Enterprise Properties, Inc. and its subsidiaries are an equal opportunity employer that complies with EEOC rules and regulations.
