This 16-hour-per-week position offers the opportunity to utilize your clinical expertise, mentor staff, and help drive quality patient care in a collaborative setting.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule: </span></p>\n<p>Monday - Friday Variable days</p>\n<p>Hours: 8-4:30</p>\n<p>Weekend/Holiday call rotation as needed</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Clinical Lead RN - Outpatient Wound, Infusion and Chemotherapy Clinics</p>\n<p>The Clinical Lead RN provides frontline clinical leadership and operational support within the department and is expected to function independently at a high level while exercising strong clinical judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. This role partners closely with the Nursing Director to support daily workflow, patient care coordination, and clinical decision-making while promoting quality, safety, and efficient department operations.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Relationships:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to Director of Outpatient Wound/Infusion/Chemotherapy and Chief Nursing Officer</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborates with other RAMC personnel</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Training Required:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduate from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>BLS, PALS and ACLS certifications required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meets health requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wound Care Certification (WCC); if not certified must obtain within 2 years of hire.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chemotherapy experience preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two years of acute care experience required.</li>\n</ul>",
