The team lead works closely with their peers to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met. This role is also expected to supervise assigned staff and perform administration tasks related to those staff such as: administering daily timekeeping, performance and attendance tracking, annual performance evaluations, and provide mentoring to employees.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;Some of your key responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coach and develop the skills and abilities of assigned associates.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Manage and calibrate workload of assigned associates.</li>\n <li>Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual metric reporting.</li>\n <li>Attend meetings and training sessions for a range of administrative, operational, and regulatory compliance topics.</li>\n <li>Handle projects as assigned by manager.</li>\n <li>Complete disciplinary actions to address performance and/or attendance issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>What will you bring to the role?&nbsp;</b>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S./B. Com) or equivalent; 5-8 years related increasing experience in multinational business environments in India.</li>\n <li>TIO team Lead needs good knowledge of Trade Lifecycle, Trade Settlements and Corporate Actions process knowledge. Good experience in Corporate Trust Business and investment banking experience</li>\n <li>At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead. Directly manage a team of approximately 12+ operational staff.</li>\n <li>Prior experience in Trust Investment operations, Investment banking domain.</li>\n <li>The role will have overall accountability for the delivery of our agreed service levels with our clients.
