This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, from picking and packing orders to supporting production and dispatch.<br>You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, Dispatch Coordinator, and wider teams to ensure our products move efficiently to customers both locally and internationally.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a rostered role for 8 hours a day. Hours of work will be between 6am – 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be paid overtime for extra hours worked.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accurate order picking (batch-controlled)</li>\n<li>Pallet put-away with strong space awareness</li>\n<li>Replenishing pick bays with correct stock rotation</li>\n<li>Loading and unloading trucks and containers</li>\n<li>Container devanning and loading</li>\n<li>Pallet wrapping and labelling</li>\n<li>Maintaining high standards of warehouse housekeeping</li>\n<li>Supporting dispatch or inventory tasks when needed<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 + years proven experience in warehouse, dispatch, or FMCG environments</li>\n<li>Current forklift licenses (Reach, Counterbalance and Bendi Machines)</li>\n<li>Comfortable using computer systems</li>\n<li>Scanning exposure (preferable)</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately</li>\n<li>Punctual, Reliable, trustworthy, and takes pride in your work</li>\n<li>Own transport is essential<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Apply?</span></p>\n<p>At Walter &amp; Wild, safety, health, and wellbeing are a top priority.
