      "text": "As a Sr. Project Manager you will serve in the following areas:",
      "content": "<li>Prepare bids, budgets and respond to formal RFPs.</li><li>Participate in interviews to secure new work.</li><li>Lead pricing, value engineering, site selection investigations and building assessments.</li><li>Develop site logistics plans.</li><li>Create detailed project schedules in conjunction with superintendents.</li><li>Serve as the client point of contact.</li><li>Establishing and maintaining client, subcontractor, and industry relationships.</li><li>Oversee procurement, cost, and change management during project.</li><li>Lead weekly project meetings with client and subcontractors.</li><li>Oversee project closeout process.</li><li>Manage all aspects of project accounting, financial projections and reporting, and AR collections.</li>"

      "text": "The successful candidate will possess:",
      "content": "<li>10+ years of construction project management experience in life sciences projects.</li><li>Experience including supervising/managing project superintendents and project staff. Leadership experience preferred.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in any type of laboratory space renovation including chemistry, biology, vivarium, cGMP manufacturing, electronic labs and clean rooms.</li><li>Experience managing medium to large, complex and/or multiple jobs at one time.</li><li>OSHA, LEED and first aid certifications preferred, but not required. </li><li>Graduation from an accredited four-year college with major coursework in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field preferred.</li><li>Development of client relationships, sales/business development for new opportunities.</li><li>Mentor colleagues and participate in annual staff reviews.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Project, Procore, Timberline, BlueBeam and PlanGrid.</li><li>Strong project estimating and scheduling skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communicator.</li>"
