LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Full Time - On site position</li>\n <li>Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors, consultants, inspectors, and vendors to complete each project on time</li>\n <li>Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project</li>\n <li>Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety and quality</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with generally accepted standards of workmanship</li>\n <li>Communicate directly with the client</li>\n <li> Provide technical evaluations, advice and guidance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates must have a degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.</li>\n <li>10-15 years of successful construction project management experience </li>\n <li>Provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety and quality</li>\n <li>Building experience a must; parks experience a big+</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our Culture:</strong></p>\n<p>We believe in the power of collaboration.
