This is your opportunity to learn, grow, and test the waters of a personal training career — without the pressure of a major commitment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Who is it for?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recently certified/graduated or soon-to-be certified/graduated trainers</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Those struggling to land their first PT role due to lack of experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Anyone passionate about fitness who wants a clear path into the industry</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>How It Works</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Phase 1: Observation & Learning (Weeks 1–2)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shadow experienced trainers, learn client interaction, session flow, and studio operations. <em>Unpaid: your investment in your own career growth</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Phase 2: Helping & Contributing (Weeks 3–6)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Assist with studio tasks: cleaning, admin, client check-ins. Begin light session support under supervision.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Paid an hourly administrative rate for contribution time</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Phase 3: Hands-On Experience (Weeks 6–12)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Co-lead programming, warmups, cooldowns, small session segments, assessments and movement screens.
