          "text": "<p>The Customer Account Assistant reports to the Customer Service Supervisor, collaborating closely with team members from all departments to ensure customer expectations are met.&#xa0; Attention to detail, a positive demeanor, critical thinking skills and an aptitude for learning new computer systems are essential to being successful in this role.</p><p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</p><ul><li>Assist with the data entry of manufacturing instructions in to the systems used for producing the customer finished product.</li><li>Contact various manufacturing departments to gather production data on customer jobs.</li><li>Assist the Account Manager in managing multiple component projects through purchasing, manufacturing, final assembly, shipping and invoicing.</li><li>Communicate with customers and team members on status of projects.</li><li>Problem identification and solving.</li><li>Assist other Account Assistants as available.</li><li>Credit checking of new customers.</li><li>Customer demand entry from forecasts and purchase orders.</li><li>Item Master Setup.</li><li>Bill of Material Setup.</li><li>Problem solving.</li><li>Priority setting for internal operations per customer requirements.</li><li>Preparation of reports</li><li>Documenting customer specific requirements.</li><li>May coordinate production of components with other internal plants and/or external vendors as required.</li><li>Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.</li></ul><p>This is a day shift position.</p>",
