Your responsibilities will include reviewing information submitted by registrants, conducting license request reviews, and maintaining the State Department's Watch List database.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Estimated Starting Salary Range for <strong>Compliance Analyst II:&nbsp;</strong>Pay commensurate with experience.&nbsp;</p><p>Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compliance Analyst II Responsibilities Include:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Facilitate the registration of exporters, manufacturers, and brokers under ITAR regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Review submitted information to ensure compliance with criminal violation requirements, foreign ownership and control, and notices of changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Review license requests, initiate inquiries, and obtain appropriate documentation for compliance.&nbsp;</li><li>Update and maintain the State Department's Watch List database to comply with AECA and support foreign policy implementation.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor team efforts, adapt to workload shifts, and maintain high-quality work products.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with interagency non-proliferation and export control community on arms trafficking and proliferation matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform record searches, analyze license approvals, and produce comprehensive reports to support criminal investigations.&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in the Company Visit Program, conducting visits to defense companies and reporting findings.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a list of debarred parties ineligible for defense article and service exports.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with the Office of Defense Trade Controls Licensing on compliance and enforcement matters, including license suspensions, revocations, and denials.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Compliance Analyst II Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience with regulatory compliance or civil or criminal enforcement.&nbsp;</li><li>At least 5 years of regulatory experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have ITAR/AECA experience&nbsp;</li><li>Good judgment and ability to work with supervision.&nbsp;</li><li>Good interpersonal skills and ability to resolve disputes in a timely and professional manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills. The candidate should be prepared to provide writing samples.&nbsp;</li><li>Good organizational skills including the ability to assist on multiple projects consistent with established timeframes.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to synthesize information and develop recommendations for management based on an analysis of the information.&nbsp;</li><li>Has working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs and be able to operate all office equipment including but not limited to telephones, copy machines, fax machines, scanners, printers, and computers.&nbsp;</li><li>Successful completion of all Cherokee Federal pre-employment requirements.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Company Information:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Cherokee Nation Strategic Solutions (CNSS) provides support, services, and solutions to federal and commercial customers.
