Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion for excellence and teamwork.</p>\n<p><br>Your Role:<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Truss Builder</span></p>\n<p><br>We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Truss Builder to join our production team! In this role, you’ll assemble roof trusses with precision and care, contribute to maintaining a clean and safe shop, and help us meet customer expectations with accuracy and efficiency.</p>\n<p><br>If you like staying active, working with your hands, and being part of a team that gets things done—this could be the role for you.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span><br>•    Assemble trusses accurately according to layout designs and instructions<br>•    Review truss layouts and inspect pre-cut lumber for quality and accuracy<br>•    Use hand tools and power tools to complete builds<br>•    Keep workstations organized and clean, and properly dispose of waste<br>•    Perform routine maintenance and report any tool or machine issues<br>•    Follow all health and safety procedures<br>•    Help keep the shop running smoothly with other duties as assigned</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring:</span><br>•    Ability to read and understand truss layout designs<br>•    Experience with basic hand tools and power tools<br>•    Comfortable lifting, hammering, and working on jigs throughout the day<br>•    Basic math skills and ability to use both imperial and metric measuring tapes<br>•    Previous construction or manufacturing experience is an asset<br>•    Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Bring:</span><br>•    Competitive wage (based on experience)<br>•    Day shift, night shift availability<br>•    Group benefits after 3-month probation<br>•    Free on-site parking<br>•    Company events and team lunches<br>•    Fast-paced, team-driven work environment<br>•    A team that’s invested in you—professionally and personally</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Please note: While we sincerely appreciate all applications, only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.</p>",
