Access Control Services personnel are responsible for monitoring and controlling personnel and vehicle access, enforcing post orders, and maintaining the integrity of controlled areas.</p><p>This role requires professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a secure, high‑responsibility environment.</p><hr><h2><strong>Key Duties</strong></h2><p>Ensure assigned posts are opened and closed in accordance with established post orders.</p><p>Monitor and control personnel and vehicular entry and exit into controlled areas.</p><p>Conduct enhanced inspections of personnel entering or exiting controlled areas to ensure prohibited or restricted items are not introduced or removed.</p><p>Operate and maintain administrative control of government‑issued equipment.</p><p>Enforce access control procedures consistently and professionally.</p><p>Report incidents, irregularities, and security concerns in accordance with established procedures.</p><hr><h2><strong>Shifts Available</strong></h2><p>Current openings are <strong>Full Time</strong> for the following shifts:</p><ul><li>2nd Shift (Evening)</li><li>3rd Shift (Overnight)</li><li>Weekend shifts</li></ul><hr><h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2><p>Ability to perform access control duties in accordance with written post orders.</p><p>Experience in access control, security, or related roles preferred.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.</p><p>Ability to operate government equipment as required.</p><p>Must be a U.S. citizen.</p><p><strong>Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph desired</strong> – limited sponsorship opportunities available.</p><hr><h2><strong>Compensation</strong></h2><ul><li>$25 – $30 per hour</li><li>Applicable <strong>SCA and Executive Order wage determinations apply</strong></li></ul><p>Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position.
