Description
Job Summary:
The Spa Attendant at Hotel Effie's Spa Lilliana, provides excellent guest service by welcoming, orienting, and assisting spa guests while maintaining clean, safe, and fully stocked spa facilities, including locker rooms, lounges, prep areas, and linen rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional guest service following Spa Lilliana standards. Welcome guests, issue locker keys, robes, and slippers, and provide spa tours and information. Assist guests in locker rooms and relaxation areas. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of spa areas, including locker rooms, lounges, prep rooms, and linen closets. Restock linens and supplies promptly while following proper sanitation and cross-contamination procedures. Help maintain spa inventory levels and prepare products and equipment for guest use. Review schedules, communication logs, and updates before each shift. Support communication between guests and spa service providers. Attend required meetings and training sessions. Report low inventory, maintenance needs, unsafe conditions, and accidents promptly. Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, teamwork, and positive guest interactions. Follow all spa, hotel, and Florida state regulations and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Required Skills & Qualifications:
SERVsafe Alcohol Certification required for serving champagne to guests 21+ (must be 18+ to serve alcohol). Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems effectively. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to maintain confidentiality and anticipate guest needs. Flexible schedule and reliable attendance required. Must maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and uniform appearance. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.
