You'll be their primary point of contact to solve a range of technical issues as they arise.</p><p>As a Cloud Support Engineer Associate, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Ensuring that our customers remain happy with our products and services.</li><li class=\"lst\">Working with customers to own and solve their technical problems.</li><li class=\"lst\">Acting as the main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues.</li><li class=\"lst\">Collaborating and working closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution.</li></ul><p><b>Do what you love</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will:</p><ul><li class=\"lst\">Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a High School Diploma in<br />a related subject.</li><li class=\"lst\">Have a high-level understanding of cloud<br />provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc</li><li class=\"lst\">Have an understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS and<br />layer 7 technologies.</li><li class=\"lst\">Have a natural ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers in difficult environments.</li><li class=\"lst\">Have excellent communication and presentation skills.</li><li class=\"lst\">Have a passion for customer support and a high sense of ownership of customer<br />issues.</li></ul><p><b>Work in a way that works for you</b></p><p>FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
