and our communities through the prevention, detection, and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. &nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>We are WAGI</strong></p><p>Washington Gastroenterology is seeking a full-time <strong><em>License Practical Nurse</em></strong> to join our Federal Way Endoscopy Team. &nbsp;The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care in the Endoscopy Center and the Clinical setting, in accordance with physician&rsquo;s orders, recognized nursing techniques, legal aspects of current nurse practice within Washington State and the Center&rsquo;s policies and procedures.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Assists the physician during endoscopy procedures</li><li>Assists in setting up endoscopy equipment and restocking procedure rooms&nbsp;</li><li>Contributes to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care</li><li>Provides health education and procedural teaching to patient</li><li>Observes, records and reports significant changes requiring intervention or changes in the patient&rsquo;s care plan</li><li>Supports the goals and objectives of the Endoscopy Center</li><li>Demonstrates ability to organize and prioritize work to promote flow and meet schedule demands</li><li>Possesses flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work situations</li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of skills to assist with all types of endoscopy procedures</li><li>Demonstrates consistent IV therapy skills</li><li>Documents patient care accurately, completely and legibly at point of care</li><li>Demonstrates and utilizes knowledge of infection prevention/safety</li><li>Demonstrates the ability to clean and properly care for all equipment</li><li>Recognizes and takes appropriate action to address customer concerns</li><li>Meets required hygiene standards</li><li>Demonstrates customer service by introducing self, communicating clearly, and sensitive to an individual&rsquo;s concerns and/or questions</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Washington</li><li>Previous clinical or gastroenterology experience preferred</li><li>Current CPR certification</li><li>Ability to actively collaborate and build a strong team within the Center and with the rest of WAGI</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Physical Activities and Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasional travel may be required to other local locations on an as-needed basis to back-fill for vacations, etc.</li><li>Ability to stand and walk throughout the day, up to 10 hours per day</li><li>Prolonged periods of sitting and performing administrative duties including the use of computers</li><li>Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach</li><li>Able to lift and carry supplies and equipment as needed (up to 15 pounds)</li><li>As a healthcare organization, the transparent;\">Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Employees (and their families) who work full time (defined as working 30 or more hours per week) will be eligible for&nbsp;</span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and basic life insurance</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">. &nbsp;In addition employees are able to enroll in our company&rsquo;s</span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;401(k)</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;plan which includes a company provided safe harbor contribution of 3% of annual earnings and the potential for a company discretionary profit sharing contribution.</span></li><li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">All employees will be eligible to accrue&nbsp;</span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">PTO</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">&nbsp;at a rate of .04 hours per payroll hour (1.6 hours for a 40 hour week) which can be used for and exceeds the required mandatory WA State and other local ordinances.&nbsp;</span></li><li>In addition, full time employees will be eligible for a <strong>Vacation</strong> accrual with a maximum annual accrual of 77 hours as a new hire.</li><li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">WAGI has 8 standard </span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Holidays</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> each year for which full time employees are eligible to receive paid holiday. &nbsp;In addition, full time employees will be given 1 </span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Float Holiday</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> each year that they can schedule.</span></li><li>&nbsp;<span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">A new hire full time employee in this role will be eligible for a </span><strong style=\"background-color: transparent;\">Hiring Bonus&nbsp;</strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">in the amount of <strong>$3,000.00</strong></span></li><li><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\">This is an </span><strong style=\"background-color:
