    "description": "<h2>Working Hours/Days</h2>Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm, OT & weekends as needed\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>This position is responsible for tearing down Caterpillar equipment to salvage the parts and components.</p>\n<h2>Basic Duties</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Remove, clean, fix, rebuild parts and components.</li>\n <li>Provide excellent customer service to all customers.</li>\n <li>Operate equipment in a safe manner to unload equipment. </li>\n <li>Establish and maintain a service oriented relationship with customers and supervisors. </li>\n <li>Ship/receive parts and store for inventory. </li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Successful completion of a formal technical training program with a minimum of three years’ service experience required.</li>\n <li>Must have engine, transmission, electrical & hydraulic, diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair skills. </li>\n <li>Computer literate. Must be familiar with programs such as Microsoft, Excel and Outlook.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow all safety rules and wear proper safety equipment in the shop.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter with good time management. Ability to meet time requirement guidelines.</li>\n <li>Excellent planning and organizational skills required.</li>\n <li>Ability to work overtime and some weekends when needed.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (written, e-mail, and verbal) are necessary.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift up to 75-100lbs and provide your own tools. </li>\n <li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Posted Min</h2>\n<h2>Posted Max</h2>\n<h2>Physical Requirements/Working Conditions</h2>\n<p>This position works in a shop/warehouse environment. May, on a continuous basis, walk, bend and lift up to 75-100lbs. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
