PHP Staging Mobile Taleo

Position: CareFlight Safety Coordinator Department: CareFlight Air & Mobile Services Facility: Miami Valley Hospital Shift: Full-time Days 8:00am-5:00pm/ 80 Hours Per Pay ​ ​ The CareFlight Safety Coordinator supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of a comprehensive safety management program for CareFlight Air & Mobile Services. This role focuses on identifying and mitigating operational risks, monitoring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong culture of safety across clinical, aviation, communications, and transportation environments. Working collaboratively with program leadership, vendor leadership, hospital safety officers, and risk management partners, the Safety Coordinator assists with audits, investigations, policy development and safety education initiatives.
