We’ll keep your information on file and reach out when the right opportunity arises.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Could Work On:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting core operational activities across fund administration, financial reporting, investor servicing and liquidity management</li>\n<li>Preparing and reviewing financial statements, investor reports and performance analysis</li>\n<li>Work with internal teams and external partners, respond to investor queries and identify opportunities to streamline processes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accounting and/or operations experience in the financial services industry (private credit, private equity, infrastructure, alternative investment fund background preferred)</li>\n<li>Familiarity with private markets, deal structures, and credit facilities</li>\n<li>Financial reporting experience for investment funds/entities</li>\n<li>Strong Excel skills (macros, pivot tables); proficiency in PowerPoint and database tools.</li>\n<li>Experience with fund accounting systems (e.g., Investran) and knowledge of accounting principles.</li>\n<li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proactive and adaptable.</li>\n<li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset; initiative in resolving issues.</li>\n<li>Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What Sets Us Apart</span></span></p>\n<p>At Northleaf Capital Partners, you’ll be joining a leading global private markets investment firm with a differentiated platform across mid-market private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.
