    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.9.7/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.10.21/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/23.10.21/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p>Miami Lakes Athletic Club is a 48,000 sq. ft. facility that offers a variety of exercise and workout equipment suitable for any level of athleticism. &nbsp;Miami Lakes Athletic Club is known for offering a variety of youth programs in a family-oriented atmosphere in both indoor and outdoor setting. &nbsp;The programs we offer encourages our kids to learn, grow, play, and have fun as they develop their abilities while participating in a well-organized and supervised group. &nbsp;Here at Miami Lakes Athletic Club, we pride ourselves in having year-round programs which allows participants to stay active and involved. &nbsp;Youth sports offers opportunities to play in leagues throughout the year. &nbsp;Because programs are so large, we register participants one to two months in advance. &nbsp;Here is a list of the major sport leagues.</p><p>We are looking for an energetic Tennis Camp Pro who enjoys working with children and teaching tennis.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide safety and supervision to all program participants and ensure that tennis activities are planned and followed.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain coordination with facility personnel for safety and benefit of participants in the program.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure that safety rules and practices are followed as they relate to children and staff.</li><li>Complete and maintain accurate daily attendance.</li><li>Distribute and supervise lunch and snack time daily using universal health/sanitation practices.</li><li>Document behavioral issues and/or incidents daily, as needed.</li><li>Always maintain a high level of professionalism with parents, facility personnel, staff, and participants.&nbsp;</li><li>Uphold all Miami Lakes Athletic Club policies and Risk Management / Safety procedures which require reporting all incidents and accidents to the Youth Programs Director or Camp Assistant Director immediately.</li><li>Know and follow proper emergency procedures appropriate to the facility and in conformity with procedures adopted by the Miami Lakes Athletic Club to ensure the safety of children.</li><li>Monitor and maintain the quality of equipment, supplies, and materials. Report to the Tennis Coordinator or Youth Programs Director when supplies are needed.</li><li>Provide regular inspection of areas used by the program to ensure both cleanliness and safety.</li><li>Attend all staff meetings and training opportunities as required.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Knowledge of tennis rules and or experience playing tennis</li><li>Have some coaching experience with children (preferred)</li><li>All required certifications, whether possessed at time of application or obtained after appointment, must be kept current to continue employment</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent</li><li>experience in childcare / coaching children</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPEREINCE</strong></p><ul><li>1 year of experience coaching children in Tennis</li><li>Current Coaching Certification (USPTA, PTR or iTPA)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Application Questions:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>How many years of coaching tennis do you have?</li><li>Do you have an active tennis coaching certification?</li><li>What days and times are you available to work?</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
