This role partners closely with the VP, Brand &amp; Product Development to bring new brands and product lines to life &mdash; from concept ideation through CAD development, factory collaboration, prototyping, testing, and production execution.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a highly hands-on leadership role requiring strong design instincts, deep product development knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>1.
