We invite you to join us in our vision of &ldquo;Making Lives Better!&rdquo;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Essential duties and responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Staff will maintain ethical and professional communications at all times using respectful Trauma-Informed Care language</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordination and implementation of YES Waiver Medicaid Comprehensive services and adhering to all contract requirements</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as primary Community Living Skills Provider to provide mental health case management and skills training for children and families in the YES Waiver</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide skills training as needed for children and families in Children&#39;s Behavioral Health Department</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Duties include assessment &amp; treatment planning, linking to community services, referring, and teaching coping skills training in the home, office, school, and work environments</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel as needed to regional clinics to provide client-based services as needed</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Adheres to the TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concern if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required qualifications to be successful in the job:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling, or other related human services field for QMHP credentialing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager II, minimum one (1) year of experience providing case management or social services</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">For Case Manager III, minimum two (2) years of experience providing case management or social services</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Graduate work in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Employees may be required to utilize their personal mobile phones for two-factor authentication (2FA).
