This role supports the Compliance Group in ensuring organizational adherence to applicable laws, executive orders, directives, and regulations governing classified and mission-related activities.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate brings deep experience in compliance, legal, auditing, or related disciplines within intelligence, cybersecurity, or operational mission environments and demonstrates strong analytical judgment, communication skills, and attention to detail.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Application Process:</strong> Interested candidates should submit their resume detailing their qualifications and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p>This position requires all candidates to be <strong>U.S. Citizens </strong>and <strong>possess an active TS/SCI Security Clearance with a Polygraph. </strong>We are unable to sponsor new clearances for this role.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Providing services to the Compliance Group to ensure the corporation's compliance with relevant laws, executive orders, directions, and regulations governing mission activities.</p></li>\n <li><p>Conducts periodic and systematic evaluations of internal control systems and audit trails and makes recommendations for continuous improvement in processes and controls.</p></li>\n <li><p>Reports on status and clearance gaps to executive team.</p></li>\n <li><p>Establishes consistent control framework for all domestic and international subsidiary locations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinates compliance training and initiates changes in procedures due to new or revised regulations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Continuously monitors, researches and analyzes exiting, proposed and new federal and status statues with respect to their present and future impact upon Agency and company operations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provides guidance to other departments on the identification and documentation of required actions/policies, conformance tests and ongoing monitoring issues.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Education & Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.</li>\n <li>Eight (8) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree or Seven (7) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or Five (5) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree. </li>\n <li>Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for an Associate’s degree for a total of Ten (10) years.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Capabilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Apply critical thinking and reasoning to make analytic determinations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Produce documentation related to compliance incidents or processes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage compliance incidents, including identifying root causes and assessing impact of incidents.</p></li>\n <li><p>Gather information about the legal authorities and obligations to support compliance outcomes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.</p></li>\n <li><p>Use basic office resources, such as e-mail, Web browsers, word processors, and presentation graphics.</p></li>\n <li><p>Establish and maintain working relationships and networks with customers, colleagues, partners, and representatives of other agencies.</p></li>\n <li><p>Write, edit, and review routine documents (e.g., emails, memoranda, meeting minutes, status reports, and production reports).</p></li>\n <li><p>Conduct compliance examination activities using multiple investigative techniques and applying investigative standards, policies, and procedures necessary to make competent investigative determinations.</p></li>\n <li><p>Apply policy and compliance standards relevant to the organization's mission.</p></li>\n <li><p>Use compliance-related tools to audit, monitor, and gather oversight and compliance data.</p></li>\n <li><p>Train new team members.</p></li>\n <li><p>Apply risk management processes.</p></li>\n
