    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Performance Health is looking for energetic, collaborative team members to join our team in Indianapolis. &nbsp;Bring your ideas, solutions and desire to serve customers to our new Distribution facility in Salt Lake City, UT. &nbsp;</p><p>Working within a team, the Distribution Associate accurately performs distribution center duties and completes all assigned tasks productively with a high regard for quality.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Achieve all packaging, shipping, receiving, cycle counting and picking, inbound/outbound and pack-out metric standards&nbsp;</li><li>Create and maintain culture of safety, teamwork, and ethical business practices&nbsp;</li><li>Notify DC Leadership of any unsafe conditions within their work area&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure compliance to GDP, GMP, UL Certification, HazMat Regulations&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean work environment&nbsp;</li><li>Use Voice/RF devices to accurately locate and move material for accurate tracking&nbsp;</li><li>Perform all DC activities including, but not limited to Picking, Packing, Shipping, Receiving and Inventory (All activities must adhere to all associated BOPs and SOPs)&nbsp;</li><li>Handling customer communications internally and externally&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with internal training of process and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Effective and professional communication and collaboration at all times&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to corporate and/or site policies and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrates initiative and reliability with all job functions, self-starter&nbsp;</li><li>Requires minimal guidance for all the above duties and responsibilities&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in 75% of DC functions and an outlet for questions from other floor staff on processes and job functions</li><li>Eager to collaborate with problem solving ideas for issues encountered in the day-to-day&nbsp;</li><li>Research and investigate to rectify missing or incorrect product information</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Experience in a high-volume Distribution Center</li><li>Ability to accurately enter and look up information in computer</li><li>Basic Understanding of distribution principles</li><li>Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Basic math skills and logical reasoning</li><li>Working knowledge of MS Office</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time</li><li>Warehouse environment subject to variable temperature and noise levels</li><li>Ability and willingness to obtain a forklift certification if needed (training is provided)</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul class=\"decimal_type\"><li>Our benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.</li><li>This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly pay rate and the opportunity to earn bonus plus benefits.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily. &nbsp;The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>Performance Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. &nbsp;All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability status, protected Veteran status, age, genetic information, and any other characteristic protected by law.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
