You can now text "Jobs" to 763-296-1077 to learn more! POSITION SUMMARY Cleaning, grinding, and removing spatter from welded parts, while performing quality checks on completed parts. Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. VALUES Innovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Grinding and Clearing welded parts of excess spatter. Responsible for operating tools including grinders and sanders. Quality check on completed parts looking for pinholes, contamination or other defects. Working independently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high quality standards. Focuses on continuous improvement by identifying, eliminating and preventing obstacles to efficient product flow, quality, and efficiency. ATTRIBUTES Teamwork Approachability Analytical Flexibility Quality Focus QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively Ability to use computers and related technology efficiently Great attention to detail is required This position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
