Main duties include seating tables, providing menus, and answering any initial questions that the residents or guests may have. The host also answers the phone, coordinates call ahead seating, manages walk-ins using reservation software, and processes charges and/or meal credits using the point-of-sale (POS) system.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p>The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
